When will my order ship?

We ship Monday through Friday. Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated in the product description or your confirmation email. However, during peak months (June through September) it can take up to 5 business days. If your shipment is delayed, we will do our best to contact you regarding your shipment as soon as possible with an updated timeline.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

All our shipments are shipped via India Post. With 1,55,015 post offices and counting, India Post (The Department of Posts) has the most widely distributed postal network in the world. Standard shipments are delivered in approximately 5-8 business days and Expedited shipments (Speed Post) are delivered in approximately 3-5 business days. We may also elect to ship via. third party courier service such as FedEx, UPS, DTDC, DHL, Professional Couriers, etc.

What is covered in my shipping cost?

Shipping costs directly reflect the actual cost of shipment to your address and are based on both weight and geographical location. If you have any questions or concerns regarding shipping & handling prices, please contact us.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Unfortunately, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.) in order to prevent fraud and abuse. However, your return shipping is covered up to a sum of Rs.500 until until 31 December 2019, if you had elected to pay via PayPal when placing your order. Please contact PayPal customer support to know more.

My tracking information states 'Delivered' but I still haven’t received anything. What do I do?

All of our shipments are shipped via India Post associated with a tracking number and require adult signature on delivery. In very rare instances, postal carriers may update tracking information to ‘Delivered’ right before your package has actually arrived at its destination. If this happens, your package should be delivered in about 24-36 hours after your tracking information has been updated. If you still are unable to locate your package, we ask that you please contact your neighbors, building receptionists, or the postal carrier to confirm the exact time and location for the delivery. You may be required to pick your package up at one of their facilities.

I received my tracking number but it says it doesn’t exist or is in ‘pre-shipment’. Is there something wrong?

Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update on behalf of the postal carrier. If your tracking information has not updated after 48 hours, please contact us and we will investigate.

Do you ship outside of the US?

At this time we are currently only shipping to the 29 contiguous states of India. We hope to start delivering to international destinations very soon.

When is my credit card charged?

We do not process credit payments. Instead, our preferred payment processing company: PayPal, processes it and your credit card will be charged in full when your order is placed.

I'm a retailer and would like to carry your seeds in my store. Is that possible?

Our seed products are offered in many retail locations around the country, and we would love to have you on board! Please click on ‘Become a Dealer’ link at the bottom of this page to fill out the form online or send us an email at [email protected] and one of our team members will assist you to get you started.

I'm having trouble logging into my account. What do I do?

We recommend you try to reset your password by clicking on ‘Forgot Password’ on the login page. If you still continue experiencing difficulties logging in, please contact us and one of our tech support team will help you resolve your issue as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

I sent an email to you but I still haven't received a response.

We try to respond to emails within 48 hours. If haven’t received a reply, spam filtering software may be blocking our email from ever getting to you. Also, please check your Spam/Junk folder. If you are expecting an email from us, but have not received a response within 2 business days, please contact us directly at [email protected].
